We find this an easy way of using our Gringo to turn your boring chicken into a very tasty dish.
Simply rub dry mix over raw chicken thighs with 100ml olive oil and 1/2 tablespoon of white vinegar and add salt to taste.
Leave it to rest at least 2 hr before cooking.
Pre-heat oven to 180°C (fan-forced), place the chicken on a cooking tray.
Arrange pre-cut potato wedges and garlic gloves around and between the chicken and drizzle or spray olive oil on top.
Add gringo and rosemary on top of potato to your taste.
Cover tray with aluminium foil and leave in the oven for 30-35min.
Take the foil and leave it for another 10min or until golden.
Enjoy it with fresh green salad and cherry tomatoes.
