We find this an easy way of using our Gringo to turn your boring chicken into a very tasty dish.
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken thighs;
- Dry rub Gringo;
- Olive oil;
- White vinegar;
- Salt;
- Potatos;
- Garlic;
- Rosemary
METHOD

Simply rub dry mix over raw chicken thighs with 100ml olive oil and 1/2 tablespoon of white vinegar and add salt to taste;

Leave it to rest at least 2hr before cooking;

Pre-heat oven to 180°C (fan-forced), place the chicken on a cooking tray;

Arrange pre-cut potato wedges and garlic gloves around and between the chicken and drizzle or spray olive oil on top;

Add gringo and rosemary on top of potato to your taste;

Cover tray with aluminium foil and leave in the oven for 30-35min;

Take the foil and leave it for another 10min or until golden.
Enjoy it with fresh green salad and cherry tomatoes. This is how we use the Gringo spice!
