Shipping policy

Where we ship

Our rubs and sets ship within Australia, to every state and territory. We do not ship rubs overseas at the moment.

T-shirts also ship to New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil and Mexico, for a flat A$10.

What it costs

Standard shipping is a flat A$9.95 anywhere in Australia, and free on orders of A$90 or more. Express is A$19.95 on any order. There is no postcode surcharge and no handling fee: the rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay.

Our T-shirts are printed to order and ship in their own parcel, at the same rates. On orders of A$90 or more, shipping is free for the rubs and the T-shirts.

Tax

Any GST that applies to your order is worked out at checkout and shown there, before you pay. Your total on that page is the total you are charged.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are dispatched within Australia. You get one email confirming the order, and a second email when it ships, with tracking when the carrier provides it.

If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged

Write to adriano@brzfood.com.au with your order number and we will chase it. If a jar arrives damaged or leaking, send us a photo with your order number and we will make it right under the Australian Consumer Law.
