It all started with a single spice. Gringo was the spice that started a movement, and it is still one of our best sellers to this day! I started BRZ Food for South Americans who were also missing the flavours of home. I wanted to recreate the tangy and savoury flavours of my homeland. I also wanted to share our zesty heat with those who weren't raised on authentic South American food.
